ISI® Elite Training – Sarasota is looking for an energetic, motivated, and relationship-driven Sales Leader to join our growing team.
Our Sales Leaders play a key role in membership growth, sales performance, and the member experience. You'll connect with prospective members, introduce them to ISI®, help them find the right membership, and ensure every person who walks through our doors receives an elite experience.
What You'll Do
- Create a welcoming, high-energy experience for members and prospects
- Build genuine relationships with prospective and current members
- Respond promptly to new leads and consistently follow up by phone, text, email, and social media
- Schedule prospective members for their first ISI® session
- Introduce prospects to our training experience, community, and membership options
- Convert qualified prospects into new memberships
- Follow established sales processes and contribute to individual and facility sales goals
- Support membership growth, retention, referrals, and facility performance
- Maintain accurate prospect and member information
- Assist with community outreach, events, and local partnerships
- Work closely with our Facility Manager and Performance Coaches to deliver an exceptional member experience
Who We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of sales experience required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive, outgoing, and confident personality
- Goal-oriented, organized, dependable, and accountable
- Comfortable with outbound calls, prospect follow-up, and closing sales
- Coachable, self-motivated, and eager to grow
- Passion for fitness and helping others
- Ability to consistently follow established systems and processes
Fitness industry experience is preferred, but not required.
Work Schedule
Full-Time | 36–40 Hours per Week
- Four 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with one weekday off
- One weekend shift of approximately 4 hours, either Saturday or Sunday
- Weekend shifts will primarily be during morning hours, generally between 6:30 AM and 11:00 AM
- Additional hours may be scheduled based on facility needs, up to 40 hours per week
- Consistent attendance, punctuality, and schedule reliability are essential
